The green movement has taken over Bee LLC! Okay so this isn’t new, but we want to spread our passion of being green. As you all know taking care of yourself is beyond important. We use creams, lotions and various other products to do so. But do you know exactly what you’re using? I was absolutely shocked when I sat down and actually read the ingredients in the products I used on a daily basis. I won’t lie; I had to Google more than half of the ingredients, but I was not a happy camper afterwards.
My dear friend, Naila, is a guru when it comes to using products that are actually good for you and on living in a healthy manner. I really wanted to interview her and her lessons on clean living however, I got a very firm, “Hell no!” when I asked her. At least she didn’t beat around the bush about it!
Instead of going through all of your products and reading the ingredients with a magnifying glass Naila suggests going to – www.cosmeticdatabase.com - you’ll be able to see which of your favorite products are actually good for you. Naila also got me hooked on another website – www.vistacost.com - I spent majority of my day on it. All the products on it are natural and REALLY good for you. Not only can you buy make-up, you can get vitamin supplements, food, grocery and even stuff for your pet. Along with that, the prices are auh-mazing! Some of the products were even 90% off!
Still reading this? Why? Go get your shop on at www.vitacost.com!
Incase you are wondering, no, I am not a spokesperson for www.cosmeticdatabase.com or www.vitacost.com, just a fan of good stuff.

The answer to ALL your questions! (Okay, so maybe not ALL, but hey - we like being dramatic!)
Happy Sunday everybody!
I'm proud to announce that Bee LLC & Bee Charitable has officially opened its doors for counseling services! Keep in mind that our responses don't have a medical backing (even though we do research - we don't have our doctorate degrees), and are based off of personal experiences.
Even though I was born in Chicago I spent most of my childhood living in Pakistan and Dubai and have really gotten a dose of reality as to how life really is. Along with that I have been through some experiences that I would never wish upon anyone. These experiences, though traumatic, have humbled me, given me the power to put myself in others shoes to understand them and have helped to give me a very deep understanding of life and how the world works. I'm not saying that I know everything, far from it. But, I do understand, and feel like I can really give people some advice. I'm sorry to say that I do not sugarcoat things. If I go to someone for advice I wouldn't want him or her to sugarcoat anything and so I do the same.
So throw any question you have at me and let me help you!

Happy happy Friday, it is Friday this is true! Happy happy Friday, Bee Charitable is helping Haiti - do what you can do!
Hey y’all! So as you might know by now, Bee Charitable, has been working day and night to raise funds for Haiti (we’ve quickly learned that sleep is overrated)! Right now we’re doing this through GiveFoward by setting up an online donation spot – if you haven’t already please go to www.giveforward.org/beehelpshaiti to make your donation. As of this morning Bee Charitable has reached 97% of its goal! I want to thank everyone who has made a donation and has passed on the word about our efforts. You guys are absolute rock stars! That’s right – so take our your air guitars and rock out!
The ideal situation would be for us to surpass our goal. I have been in correspondence with CARE staff in Haiti and Chicago and every report I receive gets even more heartbreaking. If I could, I would hop on the next plane to Haiti. But my family (who only have my best interest at heart) would ‘freak out’ to say the least being that the situation is so grim and unsafe. Don’t worry! I still love you guys!
Another way Bee Charitable is trying to help is by doing fundraising events. We are working with our friends to have one in D.C. in March and are working hard to make sure it the best darn event you will ever go to!
Here is some more information about the aftermath that has struck Haitians from some of the reports I have gotten
Combining the two main earthquakes and aftershocks, Haiti has been struck 36 times, which have been measured between magnitudes of 7.0 and 4.5. Due to this people have been forced to sleep on the streets, sidewalks or in shantytowns. Structures won’t hold up because of the bombardment of aftershocks.
Statistics:
- 3 million people have been affected
- Death toll is at 200,000
- 250,000 are injured
- 1 million have been left homeless
Reports are saying that the area is ‘worse than a warzone’. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone. The death toll is growing because of the many deaths due to infections as it is difficult to treat them on time.
I urge you to make a donation – if all you can afford is $5 – then donate $5, because a donation of any amount will have a hand in helping Haiti and saving lives. Let your co-workers know, let your family know & you know that person you have a crush on but haven’t had the chance to talk to? Well, let them know as well! It’ll be a great way to start a conversation!
Go to www.giveforward.org/beehelpshati to make your donation, put it in your FaceBook status, put it up on twitter and send smoke signals letting people know about it!
Thank you Bee-ians for your continued support of our efforts! I hope you guys have a happy and safe weekend!
